For sale we have a 1950 first edition hardback copy of the Billy Wright book - Captain of England. The book tells
of Wright's climb to the top of the ladder. In its chapters Wright takes readers behind the scenes of football in the
late forties, introduces all the great players, tells interesting stories of them and reveals his thoughts on matches played
for his country.
The book is in very good condition with the only sign of damage being a couple
of small tears on the dust jacket and a previous owners name on the inside cover.
