Chris Nicholl Aston Villa FC Memorabilia
Chris Nicholl
played for Aston Villa between 1972 - 1977. He helped the club win the Third Division title in 1971/72, the League
Cup in 1975 and he captained the side to victory over Everton in the 1977
League Cup after two final replays.
The second replay is remembered for him scoring one of the greatest goals
in any Aston Villa match, a forty yard left footer which helped take the match to extra time.

Nicholl is now manager of Aston Villa Old Stars.
